1 lb. ground beef
1/2 chopped onions
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Cook beef and onion. Stir in mix. Grease pan. Spread in piles. Beat milk, bisquick, eggs. Pour into pan. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees 6 to 8 servings.
