IMPOSSIBLE TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1 c. (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, diced
1 c. shredded cheese (Jack or Cheddar)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook beef and onion until brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread in greased 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Top with chilies. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour batter into plate. Bake 25 minutes.

Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake again until knife inserted comes out clean, 8-10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and grated cheese.
