MUSHROOM ONION POT ROAST 
10 lb. or over roast
Carrots
Potatoes
2 sm. cans cream of mushroom soup
2 lg. pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Onions

You may use rump roast, beef brisket, beef top or bottom, round roast, etc. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Place roast in baking pan of desired size. Add cut up carrots and potatoes (if desired amount) and onions.

Mix 2 cans of soup with 2 cans water in large bowl. Add onion soup. Stir and pour over roast. Bake 1 1/2 hours covered. Shorten cooking time if rare meat is desired. Lengthen time for a well done meat.
