ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
3 c. zucchini, shredded
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. corn oil
1 tbsp. parsley
3 eggs

Mix cheese, zucchini, Bisquick, corn oil, parsley and eggs. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic and oregano. Mix altogether. Put in a casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
