WILD RICE HOTDISH | |
2 c. boiling water 2/3 c. wild rice 1 lb. hamburger 1 sm. onion, diced 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken rice soup 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms with juice 1/2 c. water 2 c. celery, chopped 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. paprika Pour boiling water over rice. Let stand 15 minutes. Drain. Brown hamburger, onion and celery; add remaining ingredients and rice. Place in covered casserole and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. May be cooked in slow cooker. 4 to 6 servings. |
