WILD RICE HOTDISH 
3/4 c. wild rice
3/4 c. brown or white rice
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 to 2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 to 1/2 c. green pepper
2 c. boiling water
Salt & pepper

Put rice and chopped celery in large casserole dish and pour boiling water over. Let stand while browning hamburger, onion, green pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain any fat. Add meat mixture and all the other ingredients to rice mixture and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees. May have to add more liquid.
