MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1/2 - 1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. milk
1 c. corn
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, well beaten
1 sweet pepper, diced (can use hot, if desired)
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Cook meat, onion and pepper in skillet until brown. Mix cornmeal, milk, oil, corn and eggs. Grease large iron skillet and sprinkle with cornmeal. Pour 1/2 cornmeal mixture into skillet; add meat mixture. Sprinkle diced peppers over meat mixture and then cheese. Pour remaining cornmeal mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
