BLUEBERRY NECTAR PIE 
1 qt. blueberries
2/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. quick tapioca
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix and let stand while making crust. Put in crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Seal. Bake at 425 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
