BLUEBERRY/ORANGE PIE | |
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges 1 qt. blueberries (can be fresh or frozen) 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. tapioca 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. cream Combine berries, oranges, sugar, salt and nutmeg and tapioca. Toss until well mixed. Spoon into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter. Brush top with cream. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. |
