BLENDER FUDGE PIE 
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
7 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 pie crusts, unbaked

Combine first six ingredients; blend for two minutes on high. Pour half of mixture in each pie shell, bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Center of pie will be slightly shaky. Cool to room temperature or refrigerate.
