CHICKEN & WHITE WINE 
4 to 5 chicken breasts, skinned
1 to 2 c. white cooking wine
1/2 c. water
4 to 5 slices Swiss cheese

Place chicken breasts in shallow greased baking dish. cover with wine and water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Top with cheese 15 minutes before removing from oven. Serve over white rice.
