CHERRY JELLO MOLD 
1 lg. pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 (12 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 lb. pkg. strawberries, frozen
1/2 to 1 pt. sour cream

Dissolve Jello in water, add frozen berries and pineapple juice. It will begin to jell immediately. Place 1/2 of the mixture in mold. Put in freezer for 20 minutes to set rapidly. Spread sour cream layer. Add rest of Jello mixture and put in refrigerator.
