CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 cooked cube chicken breasts
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. chicken broth
Salt
Pepper
Canned biscuits or you can use your favorite biscuit recipe

Combine cubed chicken breasts, eggs, and vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture of broth and soup over chicken and top with your favorite biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
