CHICKEN MARSALA 
4 chicken cutlets
3 tbsp. butter
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/2 c. wine

In a skillet, melt the butter and cook the garlic. Add chicken and brown. Remove the chicken and put in a shallow baking dish. Brown the mushrooms, add the wine - bring to a boil - simmer 2 minutes. Pour over the chicken. Bake 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
