PORTUGUESE CHICKEN IN CASSEROLE 
1 (2 1/2 lb.) fryer, cut up & skinned
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. tomato puree
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2-3 tsp. prepared mustard
1 med. green pepper, chopped
2 sm. oranges, peeled & sectioned

Rub chicken with garlic and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put in casserole. Mix orange juice, puree, soy sauce, and mustard. Add green pepper and pour over chicken. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until tender.

Add oranges. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer until oranges are heated through.
