CHOCOLATE RUM SAUCE 
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. instant coffee powder
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. rum

Over low heat, cook chocolate, coffee, water and milk for 3 minutes. Add sugar, butter and salt. Continue cooking another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and rum. This sauce is very good on ice cream or plain cake or puddings.

It was OK. If I make it again I will use half the coffee and add more chocolate, didn't like the coffee taste in the sauce.
