POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. (Oreida 6-cakes) hash brown potatoes, defrosted

Mix with 1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick).

1 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Bread crumbs on top (tossed with 1/4 cup melted butter); sprinkle with some of the Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Use a 9x13 casserole. Serves 10-12.
