1 pkg. lg. pasta shells 2 c. cottage cheese 1 egg 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. parsley flakes 2 c. chopped spinach, drained & squeezed Spaghetti sauce Cook pasta shells according to directions; drain. In a large bowl blend cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes and drained and squeezed spinach. Spoon into shells. Put shells in large casserole or flat cake pan. Top with your favorite spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with Mozzarella. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees. |
