STUFFED SHELLS 
1 box jumbo shells (lg. box)
2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
1 c. cooked peas, drained
1 med. onion
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Boil 20 jumbo shells according to directions on box. Saute chopped onion in butter. Combine chicken, peas, onions and mayonnaise. Stuff mixture into shells. Shells should be placed in lightly buttered casserole dish.

Mix cream of chicken soup with water and pour over shells. Sprinkle cheese over entire dish. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover, and continue baking for 5 minutes.

Makes 18-20 shells.
