CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 sq. melted bitter chocolate
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. confectioners sugar

Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in 1 egg at a time; mix well. Add vanilla. Sift dry ingredients; blend into oil mixture. Chill several hours or overnight.

Drop by teaspoon in confectioners sugar and shape in balls. Place about 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not over bake. Yield 6 dozen.
