BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 bunch (1 1/2 lb.) fresh broccoli, cut up or 1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. bread crumbs
8 slices white American cheese
Salt & pepper
1 1/2 qt. shallow casserole dish

Cook and drain broccoli; drain well. Remove half of broccoli and place on bottom of dish. Spread 1/2 of soup evenly over broccoli. Then lay 4 slices of cheese over that. Add rest of broccoli and repeat the layer again. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until hot (approximately 25 minutes).
