24 firm, lg., ripe berries, washed & dried on paper toweling.
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet real chocolate chips or 12 oz. chopped chocolate, best quality possible, semi-sweet or bittersweet

Place chocolate in double boiler over barely simmering water. Allow chocolate to melt and stir to blend. Dip strawberries in chocolate by grasping stem end and rotating in chocolate to coat evenly. Place on wax paper on cookie sheet and allow to cool to room temperature. Serve within 1 1/2 hours. Makes 24.
