CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRIES 
1 pt. fresh strawberries
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Rinse strawberries, but leave stems in tact. Dry well on paper towels. Melt chocolate bits in double boiler over hot, but not boiling water. Stir until smooth; reduce heat to low. Dip berries in chocolate. Place berries on waxed paper. Refrigerate about 30 minutes until set.
