1 pkg. lime gelatin
3/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion juice
1 c. sour cream
1 c. unpared cucumber, chopped

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add lemon and onion juice. Chill until partially set. Stir in sour cream and cucumber. Pour into individual molds or ring mold. Chill until firm. If desired center of ring molded salad may be filled with crab or shrimp salad.
