CHICKEN AND FRUIT SALAD 
3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. sliced celery
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges
1 (9 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel

Combine first 5 ingredients and chill for several hours. Just before serving add fruit, almonds, mayonnaise and lemon peel. Mix well.
