RHUBARB COBBLER 
4 c. sliced raw rhubarb
1 c. sugar
3 oz. wild strawberry Jello
2 c. dry white or yellow cake mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. butter

In baking dish, put rhubarb; over that sprinkle the sugar, then the dry Jello. Sprinkle 2 cups dry cake mix over Jello, and add very carefully 1 cup water over the top of cake mix. Melt butter and pour over top. DO NOT STIR. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until cake is done. Serve with cream or topping. Very good.
