3 c. zucchini squash, cooked
1 c. crab meat
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. Bisquick
4 lg. eggs (beaten)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Fresh mushrooms, chopped

Mix all together and bake in large casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
