CRAB QUICHE 
1 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. taco sauce
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. crab delights
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine milk, eggs and seasonings (taco sauce and salt) mix well with fork. Toss cheese with flour; add cheese mixture and crab to egg mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake in oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out relatively clean.

Makes 6 servings.
