YELLOW RICE 
olive oil
1/4 c. diced onion
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. uncooked rice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. turmeric
1 bay leaf

Sauté onion; add broth and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes.
