GERMAN POTATO WAFFLES | |
2 c. biscuit mix 3 sm. potatoes, peeled and cut up 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 c. milk 2 tbsp. salad oil 1 slice onion (1/4 inch thick) Applesauce or apple pie filling Sour cream In blender combine mix and potatoes, eggs, milk, oil and onion, blend until smooth. Bake in waffle iron. Serve with applesauce and sour cream. Makes about 3 cups batter. |
