HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
8 potatoes
Onions
4-5 hard boiled eggs, cut up
1/4 lb. bacon
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs

Boil potatoes in jackets. Peel, cube and keep hot. Season to taste and add onion and eggs. Fry bacon until crisp and cut up (save grease). To bacon grease add vinegar and sugar, bring to rolling boil. Beat eggs in sour cream, lightly, add to vinegar mix while boiling (stir constantly). Add to potato mixture.
