GOOD FOR YOU! GRANOLA COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 lg. egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped dates or flaked coconut
2 c. granola
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Cream together butter, egg, sugar, milk and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and combine with butter mixture. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 30 cookies.
