EGG CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs; add sugar and milk that has been heated. Add vanilla. Spread a little of egg white over crust and pour in egg and sugar mixture.

Bake at 300°F for about 30 minutes, until brown. Will make 1 deep-dish pie or 2 small pies.
