OLD FASHION EGG PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, soften
1 small can evaporated milk
2 heaping tbsp. flour
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Cream sugar. Add milk and flour. Mix well. Stir in well beaten egg yolks, vanilla, and cinnamon. Fold in egg whites which have been beaten until thick, but not dry. Pour custard in to 9 inch pie crust and bake at 325°F until done.
