STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 egg
Paprika

Wash and drain mushrooms. Remove and mince stems. Saute onions and stems in butter. Remove from heat and add bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, and egg. Blend thoroughly. Fill cups with mixture, place in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 450 degrees for about 8 minutes. Can be made several hours ahead and stored in refrigerator until ready to bake.
