HAM & MUSHROOM QUICHE 
1/4 lb. mushrooms
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. onion powder
4 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 lb. chopped ham

Saute mushrooms. Put all ingredients, except mushrooms, Monterey Jack cheese and ham, in blender or mixer. Add other ingredients and blend together. Pour into greased quiche dish (or deep pie pan) and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
