GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
3 cans drained green beans
Dash of garlic salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
Saltine crackers
Small amount melted butter

Put green beans in baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over green beans. Top with Velveeta. Mix together butter and crushed cracker crumbs and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
