DELPHA'S ANGEL BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
3/4 c. warm water
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/8 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. buttermilk

In small bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Combine rest of ingredients in large bowl. Cut in shortening. Mix with buttermilk, yeast and blend. Roll out like biscuits and let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
