CELERY STUFFING 
6 c. finely diced celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. butter
9 qt. bread cubes
4 1/2 c. water
5 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sage
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. pepper

Saute celery and onion in butter. Combine all ingredients. Blend thoroughly. To be used as stuffing for turkey and chicken or bake separately at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
