ONE-PAN NOODLE STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/4 tsp. salt
4 oz. (3 oz.) uncooked med. noodles
2 tbsp. snipped parsley

Cook beef, onion, and garlic until meat is browned. Drain off fat. Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Add liquid, broth, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to skillet. Stir in UNCOOKED noodles. Cover and simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in sour cream and mushrooms; cook and stir until heated through. Do not boil. Makes 6 servings.
