GROUND BEEF ORIENTAL 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen French style green beans
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. butter
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. fresh bean sprouts, rinsed & drained

Rinse green beans under hot water to separate. In a preheated wok or large skillet stir fry beef and onion, leaving meat in large chunks, until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain; add soy sauce, 2 tablespoons water, garlic powder and pepper to meat. Remove from wok; keep warm. Add beans to center of wok; cook 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in rice; push mixture up the sides of the wok. Melt butter in center of wok; add eggs and stir fry just until set. Stir rice and meat mixture carefully into egg mixture. Stir in sprouts; cook 1 to 2 minutes. Serves 4.
