GROUND BEEF ORIENTAL | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 c. bean sprouts Salt and pepper to taste 1 can mushroom soup 1 1/2 soup cans of water 1/2 c. minute rice 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 can mushrooms (optional) Brown beef, rice, celery, and onions. Set aside. Combine soups, water, and soy sauce in large (2 quart) casserole dish. Add beef mixture and mushrooms. Stir until well blended. Fold in bean sprouts gently. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes, covered. Lower temperature to 375 degrees and remove lid and bake for an additional 25 to 30 minutes. Serve over chow mein noodles. Serves 8. |
