HEALTH SALAD 
5 grated carrots
1 c. raisins
1 c. pineapple, diced and drained
3 oz. flaked coconut
1/2 c. roasted sunflower seeds
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours. Contains 370 calories per serving.
