HEAVENLY HAMBURGER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. fine, dry noodles
2 1/2 c. stewing tomatoes
1/4 c. water

Brown meat slightly in skillet in 1 tablespoon hot oil. Add onion, salt, pepper and stir to blend well. Add remaining ingredients in layers in order given. Rinse out tomato can with 1/4 cup water and pour over all. Cover and cook on high until steaming, then simmer for 30 minutes. Do not lift lid. Makes 6 servings.
