SCALLOPED CARROTS, ONIONS, AND
CELERY
 
1 c. partially cooked carrots, sliced or diced
1 c. partially cooked celery, diced
1 c. partially cooked mild onions, sliced

Mix above ingredients and add to 2 cups medium white sauce. Place in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Heat in moderate oven.
