OVEN BEEF STEW 
2 lb. cubed stew meat
4 potatoes
1 lb. carrots (if using baby carrots, just cut in half)
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Minute tapioca (sprinkle on top)
2 c. tomato juice
salt and pepper

Layer all ingredients in Dutch oven according to list. Cover with foil.

Bake 4 hours at 250°F. When taken from oven, it's ready.
