ALMOND DELIGHT 
1 sm. can coconut
1 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. plain flour
1 stick butter, melted

Mix above ingredients and spread out on cookie sheet and brown in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mix 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding mix, 2/3 cups sweet milk. Beat until thick. Fold into this 1 (8 or 9 oz.) box Cool Whip. Cool. Spread 1/2 of browned almond mix in bottom of long Pyrex baking dish or oblong pan, pour pudding in and then spread rest of topping on and chill for 4 hours or longer.
