ZIPPY CLAM OR SHRIMP DIP 
2 cans minced clams or baby shrimp
1 lg. pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. season salt

Soften cream cheese. Drain clams or shrimp. Reserve liquid. Add 3 tablespoons liquid to cream cheese. Beat until creamy and smooth. Stir in clams or shrimp, parsley, onion, lemon juice, horseradish and season salt. Add pepper and Tabasco to taste. Mix thoroughly. Cover and chill.
