GOLDEN FRIED RICE 
1 c. green onion slices
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
4 c. cooked rice
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz

In 12 inch skillet, saute onion in butter; push to side of skillet. Add eggs and cook until just set. Stir onion into eggs. Add rice, bean sprouts, mushrooms, almonds and soy sauce. Cook, stirring lightly, until hot. Stir in process cheese spread; heat. Serve immediately. 8 to 10 servings.
