CREAMY ROQUEFORT DRESSING 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, cut in 6 pieces
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. milk
4 oz. Roquefort or blue cheese, broken in 1" cubes

Position knife blade in bowl. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise and garlic salt. Pulse until smooth about 15 seconds. Pour milk through foot chute with processor running.

Add Roquefort cheese to bowl. Pulse 10-20 seconds to mix in cheese. Pulse longer for a smoother consistency. Makes 2 cups.
